Returns & Refunds are easy at brandsandtrends. If you did not fall in love with your order or simply want to exchange it, please check our return & refund policy before shipping it back to us
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of order delivery date.
- Package all returns securely and re-use our packaging if possible to make planet greener.
- All returns must be returned unworn and in original condition.
- Tags must be attached and returns must be shipped with original shoebox.
- To expedite refund or exchange processing, please include order invoice or packing list.
- Refund will be applied towards original form of payment.
- Shipping fee is non-refundable
- We reserve the right not to accept returns that are sent to us worn, damaged or without original packaging.
